طرز تهیه پنکیک موز
ابتدا موز ها را پوست گرفته و با کمک یک چنگال آن را له کنید، تخم مرغ را در کاسه دیگری بشکنید و با شیر و روغن مخلوط کنید سپس موز له شده را افزوده و خوب مخلوط نمایید.

آرد را در ظرف دیگری با بکینگ پودر مخلوط نموده و به موادتان اضافه نمایید و خوب هم بزنید، سپس نمک و دارچین را هم افزوده و مجدد هم بزنید تا مایه پنکیک یکدست شود.

در مرحله بعد تابه ای را با کره چرب کرده و روی حرارت قرار دهید تا گرم شود سپس هر بار یک قاشق از مواد پنکیک را داخل تابه بریزید تا یک طرف آن طلایی شود سپس پنکیک را به آرامی برگردانید تا طرف دیگرش هم طلایی شود به همین ترتیب همه پنکیک ها را آماده نمایید.

پنکیک ها را بعد از خنک شدن روی هم بچینید و روی آن را با کمی عسل و چند تکه موز تزیین کنید.
